Preston Hanna (born 1987, Nassau, Bahamas) is a portrait artist, known for his vibrant colour palette and assemblage. Hanna graduated from C.V. Bethel Senior High school and graduated from The College of The
The Bahamas with Bachelors in Art Education. He first taught art at St Andrew’s Primary School but later returned to his former high school. In a brief time, he was promoted to head house coordinator, assistant yearhead, and eventually promoted as head of the art department. Hanna is also the head instructor at the afternoon ministry of education art enrichment program.
Hanna participated in a three-man exhibition titled Birth Mark at The Ladder Gallery, The Bahamas (2011); The Salus Project, Bahamas Medical Centre; (2012), Interface, UBS bank,The Bahamas (2013). Hanna has participated in various charitable events and art exhibitions including Transforming spaces, the Rotary club, the Salus Project, Birthmark, Deltec Bank, and Interface.
